Welcome to the gift shop/webshop of murf/murw! As a customer, you cannot physically see or touch our products, so we are legally obliged to inform you properly. On this page, you’ll find an overview of all essential information about our company, your rights as a consumer, and how we handle your data—so you’ll always know where you stand.

Shipping

We ship all orders every Monday. If you place your order before Monday, it will be sent out during that same week.

Cooling-Off Period & Returns

When you purchase from us, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.

• You don’t have to return the item in unopened packaging.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• With a valid cancellation, we will refund the full purchase price.

Ordering Process & Cancellation

Once you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us as soon as possible—usually within seconds. Until you receive this confirmation, you can cancel the contract free of charge.

If the ordering process was unclear or confusing in any way, you also have the right to cancel the agreement.

Terms & Warranty

Our general terms and conditions apply to all orders. There you’ll find all information about your rights and obligations, such as payment, delivery, and warranty.
