2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in euros (€) and inclusive of VAT.

Payment is available via iDEAL.

4. Shipping Costs and Delivery

We send orders every Monday.

Orders placed by Sunday at 23:59 will be shipped the following day.

Shipping costs are €4.25 plus VAT per order (within the Netherlands).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

5. Local Pickup

If you choose local pickup when placing your order, we will contact you after your purchase to arrange a suitable date, time, and location for collection.

Confirmation of the pickup details will be sent to you once the handoff has been completed.

6. Cooling-off Period & Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product(s).

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s).

7. Complaints and Warranty

If something is wrong with your order, please notify us at david.murfmurw@gmail.com.

If there is an issue with a product, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

8. Personal data

We process your personal data solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

However, no rights can be derived from any errors in pricing or product descriptions.’
